02. Brief & Concept
We work with you to establish a clear brief while keeping your budget front of mind. Our integrated approach, connects you with the right architectural design draftsman or architect, with our team guiding the project through the initial concept design stage.
03. Design & Estimate
The concept design is progressed into detailed working drawings and 3D renderings, allowing you to clearly visualise your home, working closely with you to refine layouts, materials, and details, ensuring the design reflects your vision. Preliminary estimating is completed at this stage to confirm the design aligns with your budget before moving forward.
04. Costing & Contract
Once the design documentation is finalised, we prepare a clear and transparent build costing to ensure there are no budget surprises during construction. Following agreement, we move forward with the building contract, ensuring all documentation is in place for site works to commence.
05. Build
With the contract in place, construction begins. We maintain clear communication throughout the build, keeping you informed and involved while delivering a smooth and enjoyable construction experience defined by care, craftsmanship, and enduring quality.
