If you already have architectural drawings, we review them with you and advise on buildability, scope, and next steps. If not, we’ll work with you to shape a clear brief and develop a concept design that suits your home, lifestyle, and surroundings.
03. Design & Estimate
We progress to working drawings and 3D renders (or refine your existing designs where needed), so you can clearly visualise the outcome. Preliminary estimating is completed at this stage to keep the designs aligned with your budget.
04. Costing & Contract
Once the design documentation is finalised, we prepare a clear and transparent build costing to ensure there are no budget surprises during construction. Following agreement, we move forward with the building contract, ensuring all documentation is in place for onsite work to commence.
05. Build
With the contract in place, renovation work begins. We maintain clear communication throughout the build, keeping you informed and involved while delivering a smooth and enjoyable construction experience defined by care, craftsmanship, and enduring quality.
06. Handover
