Custom Architectural Home
Eagle Bay 155
Perched high on the hillside overlooking Eagle Bay, this striking architectural residence has been thoughtfully built to embrace its elevated coastal setting. Defined by its elongated form and carefully positioned openings, the home captures natural light, ocean glimpses, and panoramic views of Eagle Bay and its surrounds.
Austral Bricks La Paloma Miro face brick defines the exterior, introducing texture, warmth, and timeless character to the architectural form. The eastern façade is punctuated by expansive ground-floor openings that welcome the morning sun while framing views across the surrounding landscape. A generous terrace extends seamlessly from the living spaces, creating a strong connection to the outdoors and capturing glimpses of the ocean beyond. Upstairs, the bedrooms and living spaces enjoy sweeping views across Eagle Bay, providing a tranquil retreat immersed in the beauty of the coastline.
